The US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania requires one of the following acceptable forms of identification to enter any of its buildings: 

A State Issued Driver’s License, a State Issued Photo ID Card, a REAL-ID Compliant Driver’s License and/or a Passport.  

While preferred, a Real ID is not required to gain entry.
