CM/ECF (Case Management and Electronic Case File System):

The Electronic Case Files System (CM/ECF) is a new case management system being implemented in the Federal Judiciary for all bankruptcy, district and appellate courts. CM/ECF allows courts to accept filings and provide access to filed documents over the Internet.

Anyone wishing to access the CM/ECF system will need to be trained to do so. For further information on CM/ECF, please visit our CMECF page at https://ecf.paeb.uscourts.gov.
 

PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records):

PACER is the Public Access to Court Electronic Records service which allows for retrieval of electronic case summaries and docket information. The PACER system is available days, nights and weekends.

To use PACER, you must register and obtain an account with the National PACER Billing Center in San Antonio. If you would like to register please contact the PACER Service Center at 1-800-676-6856 or PACER website at http://www.pacer.gov.

All registered agencies or individuals will be charged a user fee. Access to web-based PACER systems will generate a $.08 per page charge. Users will not incur both per-minute and per-page charges for a PACER session.

McVCIS (Multi-Court Voice Case Information System):

McVCIS is a national system allowing the user to access basic case information not only for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, but for any bankruptcy case filed in a participating jurisdiction.
