Announcements:

• The temporary exception to the Judicial Conference policy regarding the use of remote audio access for court proceedings expired on September 21, 2023. 
• Commencing September 22, 2023, all evidentiary hearings and trials before Judge Coleman will be conducted in person. 

Please note, however, that all non-evidentiary hearings and status conferences will continue to proceed telephonically.
