The Judicial Conference approved changes to the miscellaneous fee schedule for the bankruptcy courts. In addition, the conference also approved the creation of a separate Fee Schedule for Electronic Public Access to begin charging for information obtained electronically. These changes (*) will be effective July 1, 2001. Below is a revised list of fees charged for services performed by the bankruptcy court.
