Update related to Real ID
The US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania requires one of the following acceptable forms of identification to enter any of its buildings:
a State Issued Driver’s License, a State Issued Photo ID Card, a REAL-ID Compliant Driver’s License and/or a Passport.
While preferred, a Real ID is not required to gain entry.

STATUS OF HEARINGS
As of September 22, 2023, all court proceedings will be conducted in compliance with the Remote Access Policy
of the Judicial Conference of the United States.
