Extension of Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Cases
On June 26, 2001, the President signed H.R. 1914 (Public Law
107-17) retroactively extending Chapter 12 of Title 11 of the
United States Code for four months beginning on June 1, 2001,
and ending on October 1, 2001.
The filing fee for a Chapter 12 case remains at $230.
