Instructions for Accessing Preferred Creditor Addresses

The National Creditor Registration Services (NCRS) is a free service provided by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts to give creditors options to specify a preferred U.S. mail, e-mail address, or fax number to which bankruptcy notices should be sent.

The Preferred Addresses can be generated from Reports on the CM/ECF Main Menu Bar.

Step 1

Click on REPORTS on the CM/ECF Main Menu.

Step 2

Select Creditor Mailing Matrix.

Step 3

The CREDITOR MAILING MATRIX information screen displays next:

  • Enter the appropriate Bankruptcy Case Number.
  • Accept the default selection for Special mailing group.
  • Under Format, click the 3 columns radio button.
  • After selecting all criteria, click [Run Report] to generate the Creditor Mailing Matrix.

Step 4

The Creditor Mailing Matrix can be printed or saved to a file.
