Change in Service: Voice Case Information System (VCIS) to Multi-Court Voice Case Information System (McVCIS) *UPDATE*

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania currently has available the Voice Case Information System (VCIS) allowing anyone with a touch-tone telephone to access basic case information for all bankruptcies filed in this district since May 6, 1988.

The Voice Case Information System (VCIS) will be out-of-service as of Friday, August 3rd. On August 3rd our court will completely transition to the Multi-Court Voice Case Information System (MCVCIS) service. McVCIS is available by calling toll free (866) 222-8029.

McVCIS is a national system allowing the user to access basic case information not only for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, but for any bankruptcy case filed in a participating jurisdiction. For more information about McVCIS view this link McVCIS
