All other quarterly fee related procedures remain unchanged. The fee is due on the last day of the calendar month following the calendar quarter for which the fee is owed, starting with the quarter in which the case commenced, and continuing until and including the quarter in which the case is charged on unpaid quarterly fees, pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 3717. |
