Exemption from PACER Fee Increase for Government Users
Expires on April 1, 2015

In September 2011, the Judicial Conference authorized an increase in the Judiciary's electronic public access fee from $.08 to $.10 per page,
starting April 1, 2012. The Conference was mindful of the impact such an increase could have on other public entities that budget in advance
for resources. For this reason, local, state, and federal government agencies were exempted from the increase for three years. As noted in the
EPA Fee Schedule, the exemption expires this year. Therefore, as of April 1, 2015, the PACER usage fee for government accounts will increase
from $.08 per page to $0.10 per page.
