Effective March 1, 2012, the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the Eastern District of Pennsylvania will accept payments by debit card
via the Pay.gov system for documents filed electronically which require a filing fee.

Debit Cards will not be accepted for payments of fees submitted in-person
at the clerk's office locations in Philadelphia, PA and Reading, PA.
