The Judicial Conference of the United States, at its March 11, 2008 session, amended the Electronic Public Access (EPA) Fee Schedule for the appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.

The fee schedule was amended to eliminate any reference to dial-up access as the current versions of CM/ECF and PACER no longer provide direct dial-up remote access. The fee schedule change is effective immediately.
